About the Role
- Supervise and manage the processes related to the site work preparation, execution, verification, and validation of contractor’s submissions, site works and guidance for an effective implementation.
- Attend and/or chair the discipline related technical, operational and supply chain meetings as appropriate.
- Coordinate the communications with the corporate departments regarding technical issues and queries.
- Manage to guide and coordinate the submitted site methodology and inspection document reviews (MS, ITP, RA, IR, MIR, SAT, etc.), including review of the comments presented by the discipline team members.
- Manage to guide and coordinate the submitted supply chain document reviews (PQ, MAS, FAT), including review of the comments presented by the discipline team members.
- Manage to guide and coordinate the submitted technical document reviews (shop and as-built), including review of the comments presented by the discipline team members.
- Prepare operational related correspondence for RE / PD review.
- Prepare technical and supply chain related correspondence for Resident Engineer review.
- Present review comments to Resident Engineer or Project Director for further evaluation and endorsement to present back to the contractor.
- Provide technical support to the related discipline Site Inspection Teams for operations and materials.
- Receive site methodology, inspection and supply chain documents (from routing) and distribute as appropriate amongst the discipline team members.

- Review and verify submittals / transmittals against contract requirements and project specifications.
- Review the technical and operational specification and provide awareness to their discipline team members.

• Over 15 years experience or as required by related construction supervision agreement.
• Experience having worked with reputable consultant engineering firms within the industry.
• Full knowledge and working practice of statutory authority requirements, MEW & KFD (KSA) regulations.
• Knowledge and working use of codes, regulations and submission requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Additional training courses, professional and personal development with membership to professional groups, societies or institutes, desired.
- Saudi Council of Engineers (SSE) Membership or any local Engineer's society membership (for hiring outside Kuwait) such as Saudi Society of Mechanical Engineers (in KSA), CRPEP (for Bahrain).
• Ability to supervise site works and effective execution.
• Use technical competence to provide advice and guidance.
• Able to assist clients and provide a service.
• Effective coordination skills, be a team player and collaborator.
• Can communicate clearly, providing updates and reports.
• Detail minded, thorough and systematic in their approach to work.
