• Conceptualization and Design Development:

Develop creative, cost-effective, and manufacturable design concepts for metal fabrication projects.Create detailed mechanical designs, focusing on manufacturability and ease of assembly.Modeling and Simulation:

• Use software to create detailed models of mechanical components and systems.

Perform simulations (stress, thermal, motion) to validate designs for performance and durability.Material Selection and Engineering Analysis:

• Select materials based on strength, durability, cost, and manufacturability.

Conduct structural and thermal analyses to assess design integrity under various conditions.

• Industrialization and Manufacturing Optimization:

Lead industrialization by developing processes and methodologies for mass production.Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize designs for cost-effective fabrication and assembly.

• Prototyping and Testing:

Work with prototype teams to build and test physical prototypes.

HR Proficiency:

• Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
• Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
• Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.

Delivery:

• Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
