Role Main Purpose

To lead investor relations, tenant engagement, and marketing strategies that enhance asset value and support business development objectives through targeted communications, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration.

Functional Responsibilities

Investor Relations & Stakeholder Management

  • Develop and maintain relationships with investors, partners, and financial stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute investor reports, presentations, and performance updates.
  • Coordinate with 3rd parties (designers, PR agencies) to create high-impact marketing collateral (pitch decks, brochures, newsletters).
  • Organize investor meetings, roadshows, and site tours.

Tenant & Lease Operator Relations

  • Act as primary liaison for key tenants and lease operators, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop tenant engagement programs (events, surveys, feedback mechanisms).
  • Collaborate with leasing teams to align marketing efforts with occupancy goals.

Marketing & Business Development Support

  • Work with the Development Team to create marketing materials for new projects (renders, videos, digital content).
  • Manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns to promote assets and attract investors/tenants.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all investor and tenant communications.

Analytics & Asset Performance Support

  • Provide the Asset Management team with market analytics, occupancy trends, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Track and report on investor/tenant engagement metrics (e.g., satisfaction scores, retention rates).
  • Maintain a CRM database for investor and tenant interactions.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Align with Legal/Finance teams to ensure compliance in investor communications.
  • Support senior leadership with data-driven insights for decision-making.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Ensure adequate staffing levels aimed at contributing to the achievement of the strategic objectives of Kidana.
  • Set performance management objectives based on department KPI’s and performance targets for all reporting team members and perform mid-year and year-end performance reviews.
  • Direct the identification of talent for pivotal roles in coordination with the Human Capital Department from a succession management standpoint.
  • Take decisive action to ensure speedy resolution of unresolved grievances or conflicts among team members.

Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing,Business Administration or related field.

Professional and Technical Certificates (Preferred Only): CIM, PMP

Professional Experience

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in Marketing,Business Administration or related fields is preferred.
  • 4+ years in management roles
