Job Title: Sr. IT Project Manager-Arabic

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Define the project scope, goals, and objectives. Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Team Leadership: Assemble and lead the project team, assigning tasks based on team members’ skills and experience. Promote collaboration and resolve conflicts.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks early, analyze their possible impact, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
  • Budget Management: Estimate costs, establish budgets, track spending, and adjust as necessary to keep the project within financial boundaries.
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients and stakeholders. Provide updates, respond to inquiries, and use feedback to adapt project scope as needed.
  • Progress Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and upper management.
  • Project Execution and Control: Oversee the execution of project tasks, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Adjust plans as necessary to address any issues that arise.
  • Project Closure: Ensure all project deliverables are completed, conduct post-project evaluations, and document lessons learned for future projects.
