As a Sr. Healthcare Planning Expert, you will lead strategic planning efforts for complex healthcare projects. This role requires a visionary leader with deep expertise in clinical, operational, and facility planning. You will be instrumental in shaping healthcare environments that are efficient, patient-centered, and aligned with national health objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership in healthcare planning across large-scale projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop integrated design and master plans.
- Translate complex healthcare planning concepts into actionable project deliverables.
- Lead user group sessions and coordinate with design teams to ensure alignment with clinical and operational goals.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and support long-term strategic objectives.
- Apply advanced project management methodologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Navigate complex challenges in healthcare delivery and infrastructure development.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in large-scale healthcare projects.
- Proven track record in strategic and operational planning within healthcare systems.
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare delivery models and facility planning.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and foster stakeholder collaboration.
