- Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and inquiries.
- Advise management on best practices for employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct investigations related to employee relations issues and recommend actions.
- Facilitate training sessions on employee relations topics for management and staff.
- Gather and analyze data related to employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure alignment of employee relations strategies with organizational goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations or human resources.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to mediate conflicts and negotiate resolutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data.
- Experience in developing training programs related to employee relations.
