The Role:

As a Senior Business Development Manager for Juniper, you will be responsible for leading our engagement strategy with government organizations in Saudi Arabia. This role will be a crucial part of our theater business development team, working closely with front-line sales teams to accelerate engagement with government organizations. You will help to develop targeted Partner routes to market and provide insights on key use cases, relevant business conversations, and desired outcomes. You will also work to elevate our engagement with government organizations to the C-level, positioning Juniper as a differentiated and relevant partner. You will drive business expansion into new markets and increase market share, while managing budgets and financial planning to ensure optimal resource use and alignment with strategic goals.

Key measures of success in this role include revenue, pipeline growth over the past 12 months, and the creation of content such as whitepapers, case studies, and presentations for use by our front-line sales teams and partners.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following attributes:

  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in networking, as well as a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Strong experience developing sales strategies and preparing proposals and quotes in the networking and/or telecommunications industry
  • Strong background in driving sales through channel partners in the networking and/or telecommunications industry
  • Broad-based technological awareness in the internetworking industry, with specific skills in wireless LAN and ethernet switching
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to close deals using a Win/Win philosophy
  • Proactive and creative, with a track record of success in matrixed environments
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative skills
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt to a dynamic, changing environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis to guide decision-making and identify new opportunities
