Sr. Architect

Job description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Architect to join our dynamic team at healthcare projects. This role is integral to ensuring the success of our projects, providing technical expertise, and coordinating key activities throughout the construction process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both architecture and engineering, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for overseeing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:

• Oversee and ensure design compliance during construction phases.
• Provide technical guidance and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide technical support and project communications to team as required.
• Coordinate with the project management team in checking the architectural and general construction installations during the construction phase.
• Attend all project management meetings, track in detail project progress and project records.
• Conduct site inspections to uphold quality and standards.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Ten (10+) years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Demonstrated experience in managing healthcare facility projects is required.
• Proven experience in construction supervision and architectural oversight.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes and construction documentation.
• Construction Administration experience, including field observation.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
