Job Purpose:

Drive the competency management programs for Leaders. Develop and assure effective implementation of Leader staff Competency systems, provide comprehensive planning, analysis, and feedback for programs' improvements.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Review, coordinate, modify the training curriculum and assessments related to Para – Professionals category i.e. Operators, Technicians & Lead and ensure OMS - 132 / OMS 131 compliance.
  • Implement the JADEER Cycles for Technicians & Operators, ensure the completion of their Learning Plan and JADEER incentives for the eligible employees and follow-up with the concerned approvals levels until it completed.
  • Implement the review and update the cycle for Technicians & Operators competency model on a regular basis with SMEs and Para-professional Analyst to meet business needs. Support & Track the Implementation of the Development Programs.
  • Ensure the update of Questions banks & upload into One HR Platform Systems for Technicians & Operators.
  • Develop and maintain an effective technical, TADARRUJ & JADEER program including progress follow-up and provision of material and curriculum within the site.
  • Give regular feedback of the training/development progress and performance to concerned management. 10% Provide updates of JADEER functions linked to function's work instructions & SHEM's & Learning Plan.
  • Maintain training record, files and monitors competency & AGP progress with the Training Analysts and communicate with management if required.
  • Support Para – professionals Growth Plans (AGP) based on the result of gap assessment, high value learning, and performance analysis, business needs and department feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS or equivalent.

Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Development.
  • Preferably, with in-depth experience in training/development-based work & concepts.

Job Specific Skills:

  • Good communicator & interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in spoken & written Arabic & English.
  • Good basic Windows based PC skills.
