Job Summary

Coordinate and implement Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and activities according to the firm's sustainability strategy; in addition to providing support to the ESG team to build firm's ongoing commitment towards Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) priorities.

Roles and Responsabilites

• Increase the firm's brand image through the ESG programs and initiatives that represent the firm's values.
• Coordinate and execute ESG activities in line with the approved plan and proactively manage challenges that may occur.
• Research and monitor social trends and best practices to identify opportunities and gaps.
• Expand and maintain a professional network with key stakeholders in educational institutions, health facilities, government agencies, community leaders, non-profit organizations and CSR recipients.
• Issue periodic reports on the implementation and progress status of CSR activities.
• Work closely with the internal communication & marketing team to raise awareness on the CSR programs and activities in the firm.
• Develop and diffuse ESG communications, newsletters and reports to share the impact of the firm on the community.
• Coordinate the volunteers' activities.
• Assume the authorities assigned to him/her.
• Perform other duties within the scope as assigned by his/her Performance Manager.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in his/her area of expertise.
  
  

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Communication or Marketing
