The Purpose of the Role

You shall diligently and with due care and attention carry out all tasks assigned to you by the Company and generally devote all your professional skills to the service of the Company. You are not permitted to work for any other person or company without the prior written consent of the Company.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Strong business development and project pursuit skills
  • Enhance Installed base and maintain strong relationship with end-user / customer
  • Work closely with EPC / LSTK / End-user
  • Promote NPI
  • Strong team player
  • Leverage larger Honeywell teams to make sure strong relationships at all levels including senior levels of the customer organization
  • Collaborate with Honeywell teams to tailor solid value proposition to specific pursuits
  • Early engagement in the pursuits
  • Develop and sustain long term customer relationships
  • Meeting quarterly and annual targets results
  • Collaborate with Honeywell teams to identify new strategic opportunities
  • Focal point and responsibility for pursuit till contract negotiation and closure
  • Frequent travel is required (50% of the time)
  • Early engagement in the pursuits
