The Opportunity: We are seeking a driven and experienced Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a high performer with a proven track record in selling thought leadership event sponsorships for in-person events. This individual should be enthusiastic, results-oriented, and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
As a Sponsorship Sales Manager, you will take ownership of a designated account list, actively prospecting new clients and developing strategic partnerships to increase both revenue and brand visibility for our organization. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals and craft customized sponsorship packages that align with their needs and objectives.
The perfect candidate will have extensive experience in sponsorship sales, strong communication skills (with proficiency in Arabic), and a passion for driving new business. You should be comfortable working in an outbound sales environment, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, and navigating the challenges of a competitive market.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a pipeline of potential sponsors, ensuring revenue growth and brand visibility.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by identifying and addressing their unique sponsorship needs.
- Proactively prospect and convert new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients to create tailored sponsorship packages that align with their objectives.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Proven success in sponsorship sales, ideally in event-based or thought leadership sectors.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (Arabic proficiency is a must).
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales quotas and drive business growth.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and work effectively under pressure.
- A proactive, self-starter with a passion for sales and exceeding targets.
- Strong English and Arabic in both written and verbal formats.
- Arabic speaker with high priority.
- Minimum 7 years experience in event sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with colleagues and customers.
- Driven, proactive and self-managed approach to working life.
- Experience of working in a target driven and competitive environment essential.
- Proven track record in new business development.
- Flexible approach to work as we are a global business.
- Experience of working with international customers is preferred.
