Spartan Race Middle East is a leading organizer of Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) events, dedicated to providing thrilling and challenging experiences for athletes of all levels. We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sponsorship Manager to join its newly created Obstacle Course Race division, launched under licence from an international leader in the OCR global community and worldwide endurance sports.

The OCR division of ITP Media is ITP’s latest business launch; the role involves selling sponsorship across a range of life-changing outdoor and indoor events, products and content which help people, companies and teams break barriers, compete, build communities and self-belief.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial, proactive sales person with 3+ years international or GCC Media sales experience and contacts across multiple industries inclusive of advertising agencies.

Strong experience in selling across events, outdoor display, digital display and social media platforms is an advantage, as is the proven ability to drive growth through new audience & revenue channels.

The right candidate will display an excellent understanding of the return on investment of successful event sponsorship and be able to conceptualise and tailor proposals to provide optimal solutions for clients across multiple verticals, and most definitely be able to think outside traditional parameters.

Strong negotiation and closing skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure and maintain efficiency and accuracy are key attributes.

Additionally, the right candidate will have experience in and demonstrate;
