General Summary
Join Qiddiya Investment Company as a Manager of Benchmarking within the Central Development Unit for Cost Planning, where you will play a vital role in supporting data-driven benchmarking processes for pre-contract estimation, and development feasibility studies. You will play a pivotal role in collecting, analyzing, and maintaining accurate cost and design data across various real estate and infrastructure projects, and in developing robust benchmarking tools that support decision-making at both strategic and project levels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in data analytics, information management, or a related discipline.
Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in data entry, data analysis or project control supports role.
Worked in local (GCC) construction industry for 2 years or more. (preferred)
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot table, data cleaning)
Working knowledge of data platforms such as power BI, SQL or python is an advantage.
Familiarity with construction estimating tools (e.g., Cost-X, Cubit, Candy) is an advantage.
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and ensure certainty in outcomes.

Strong overall awareness and ability to navigate effectively through issues.
Practical leadership skills, mind for problem solving and good organizational skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Management
- Compile Construction cost data of various asset classes from both within Qiddiya Business Units and external Cost Consultants
- Maintain databases, ensure proper data storage, and access protocol
- Collaborate with CDU data analyst team to ensure consistency in management
- Analyze datasets to identify trends and insights
- Clean, organize and validate construction cost data to align with benchmarking framework, structure, and guidelines
- Support initiatives in improving data analysis efficiency
- Create interactive benchmark dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Looker, and Tableau
- Provide data to communication findings clearly to the various stakeholders
- Support automation initiatives to generate recurring reports in collaboration with Data Office Team
Qualifications
