Job Title: Specialist, Procurement Operations

Job Purpose

Responsible for supporting the management of the procurement process to ensure compliance with procurement policies and the effective utilization of buying channels.

This role involves reviewing purchase requisitions, leveraging catalogues where available, and placing purchase orders in alignment with category strategies and existing contracts.

Key Accountabilities

Compliance and Review

• Review purchase requisitions to ensure they comply with procurement policies and procedures.
• Ensure all procurement activities adhere to organizational and regulatory standards.
  
  

Buying Channels and Catalogues

• Ensure appropriate and accurate utilization of buying channels as per procurement policies.
• Leverage catalogues where available to streamline the procurement process and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  
  

Purchase Order Management

• Place purchase orders in line with category strategies, ensuring compliance with existing contracts.
• Monitor and manage the purchase order process to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
