Job Purpose

Responsible for managing and coordinating payment processes within the Treasury unit. This role involves ensuring timely and accurate execution of payments, maintaining compliance with financial policies and regulations, and supporting cash flow management.

Payment Processing

• Ensure timely and accurate execution of all payment transactions, including vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and other disbursements.
• Verify payment requests for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  
  

Compliance and Controls

• Ensure all payment processes comply with internal financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and implement internal controls to mitigate risks associated with payment processing.
  
  

Cash Flow Management

• Assist in managing cash flow by scheduling payments in alignment with the organization's cash management strategy.
• Provide regular updates on payment status and cash flow positions to senior management.
  
  

Reconciliation

• Perform regular reconciliations of payment accounts to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any reconciliation issues
