Specialist - O&M (MAS7-MDUMDO2037)

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Specialist in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the overall maintenance and operational activities of our facilities, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in implementing O&M best practices and contributing to the continuous improvement of our operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of O&M strategies and plans for facility management
• Assist in coordinating daily operations activities to ensure a smooth workflow
• Monitor the performance of maintenance teams, ensuring work is completed according to scheduled timelines
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns
• Collaborate with the engineering team to facilitate repairs and upgrades of systems and equipment
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment logs
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for maintenance-related expenditures
• Support compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Participate in training programs to stay updated with industry standards and best practices
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in operations and maintenance, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance management software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
