Specialist - Infrastructure Operations

This position is critical to maintaining the operational efficiency and reliability of our infrastructure systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our IT infrastructure, ensuring the highest levels of performance and availability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the performance of infrastructure systems, identifying and resolving issues proactively to ensure optimal operation
• Support the deployment and configuration of new infrastructure technologies and systems
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes, policies, and procedures to enhance system efficiency and security
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure operations issues in a timely manner
• Document operational procedures, system configurations, and incidents to maintain comprehensive operational records
• Participate in capacity planning and resource allocation to meet fluctuations in demand
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve infrastructure operations
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in infrastructure operations or IT support roles
• Basic understanding of network architecture, server management, and virtualization technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with monitoring tools
