Job Purpose:

To support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the performance management framework across the organization. The role is responsible for ensuring alignment between individual, departmental, and organizational goals, managing the performance appraisal process, and driving a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, enhancement, and implementation of the organization’s performance management policies, tools, and processes.
  • Coordinate and monitor the annual performance appraisal cycle including setting objectives, mid-year reviews, and year-end evaluations.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees and managers on performance management practices, goal setting, and feedback.
  • Ensure KPIs and performance metrics are well defined, measurable, and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas of improvement across departments.
  • Support talent review, succession planning, and employee development initiatives based on performance outcomes.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and department heads to ensure consistency and fairness in performance ratings.
  • Maintain and enhance performance management systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).
  • Generate reports and dashboards for senior leadership to support decision-making.
  • Benchmark performance management practices and recommend enhancements in line with best practices.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in performance management or a similar HR function, preferably in a large or matrixed organization.
  • Experience with HRIS/performance management systems.
