In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing eye-catching marketing materials that bring our real estate properties to life and support our brand’s message.

Key Accountabilities

• Design high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, banners, social media posts, and presentations to showcase our real estate offerings.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure visuals align with branding and business objectives.
• Create and manage visual content that highlights property features and engages our audience effectively.
• Develop engaging infographics and other digital assets for online and offline use.

Knowledge , Skills , Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably within the real estate or a similar industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of layout principles, typography, and branding concepts.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
