ROLE MAIN PURPOSE
Will be responsible to perform the financial budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities in Kidana. And providing technical financial insights and supporting informed decision-making at the management level.

Functional Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads and finance teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather necessary financial information, validate assumptions, and ensure accuracy in financial projections.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, cost analysis, and revenue analysis, to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present financial reports, such as monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, to management and stakeholders, highlighting key findings and insights.
- Analyse and interpret financial data, providing meaningful recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track and manage departmental budgets, providing guidance on spending trends, cost-saving opportunities, and resource allocation.
- Assist in the development of budget guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient budget management processes.
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial planning and analysis processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve overall efficiency.
- Participate in system enhancements and automation initiatives to optimize financial reporting and analysis capabilities.
- Continuously evaluate and implement best practices in financial planning and analysis methodologies to improve accuracy and timeliness of financial insights.
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Professional and Technical Certificates: Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience as financial budgeting specialist.
- Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices, including financial statements, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
- Deep technical and operational expertise in expertise in financial planning and analysis, including In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), as these are commonly used tools in business operations.
- Proficient in the use of financial software, including treasury management systems (TMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and accounting software. They should also have experience with financial modelling and forecasting software.
- Proficient in data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, and other visualization software.
