In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the delivery and management of our corporate infrastructure solutions, ensuring they effectively meet the operational needs of our organization.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and delivery of corporate infrastructure projects, coordinating with various teams to ensure successful execution
- Monitor infrastructure performance, collecting data and generating reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Support troubleshooting efforts and resolve technical issues related to corporate infrastructure
- Document procedures, technical specifications, and project updates to maintain clear communication across teams
- Participate in meetings to provide insights and updates on project status and performance metrics
- Support compliance and audit efforts by ensuring infrastructure solutions adhere to established policies and standards
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our infrastructure delivery processes
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support or delivery roles
- Basic understanding of network systems, servers, and cloud technologies
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and data analysis tools
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
