Job description:

Role Purpose

Manage overseas recruitment agencies' relationship with the company by ensuring by day to day handling of visa management, quality, performance, conflict management, and financial accounts.

Job Accountabilities & Activities


- Ensure agreement contains all the aspect current and future needs and should not breach any violation of local and foreign laws.
- Maintain agency relationship to deploy workers on time, agency should support on issue with embassies, job orders and completing their country’s procedures to have smooth deployment.
- Control and audit agencies security deposit, debit notes, advances and financial statements I align to the financial department.
- Send debit notes to the agency on the weekly basis if any conflict occurs in the agency and report to overseas manager and finance manager.
- Responsible to maintain positive account with all deploying agencies, deposit amount should not reduce our cutoff limit.
- Upload all new invoice of agency in CRM system with proper supporting documents.
- Check agency dues to the company before requesting for the new invoice payment to finance.
- Follow up with finance internal & SSC to settle up the agencies invoice on time less than 3 business days.
- Calculate each agency’s performance based on worker’s status, financial statement, time to delivery, quality of workers.
- Design criteria for agency performance based on deployment, quality, embassy support, and other aspect.
through the agreed agreement in international forum.
- Solve the conflicts between the agency and the company by visit countries, ministries, Saudi consulate, international legal departments and any required forums.
- Update & Maintain agency related files in CRM and hard files.
- Responsible to maintain each agencies issue of e Wakala
- Maintain each agencies issue of ewakala, stamped, arrived, stamped not arrivals, expiry of ewakala.
- Responsible to coordinate with the core recruitment team about cancellation of used ewakala before expiry in case of any non-arrivals.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in business management | HR | International business

Required Years of Experience

3-4 years of experience in Overseas Recruitment
