Job Summary:

Manage, control and carry on all special or Ad Hoc Projects by Planning, Communicating , Implementing & Evaluating the performance seeking to ensure the successful execution of critical projects that is initiated within the agreed time plan, budget and aimed deliverables by communicating the needed information for the stakeholders and provided all the needed support to them.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of special projects and initiatives assigned directly by the Direct Manager or the CEO, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop detailed project charters, project plans, timelines and budgets for each special project or initiative and provide regular progress updates to his direct manager and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact the successful delivery of special projects, escalating to his direct manager as needed.
  • Provide support and guidance for all the stake holders for projects & monitor the stake holder statement related to the project.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and project manager for all CEO-assigned special projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and resources to drive projects forward efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO's Office Director to align special projects with the CEO's priorities and the company's overall strategic direction.
  • Represent the CEO's Office on special project-related matters, communicating with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal partners across the organization to facilitate the successful delivery of special projects.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve the special projects management process, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance collaboration and drive greater efficiency.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the CEO's Office by supporting other initiatives and priorities as needed.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to the CEO on special projects and stay up to date with industry trends, best practices and technologies related to special projects management & ensure all projects adhere to the company's policies, procedures and ethical standards.
  • Provide strategic, technical, and operational advisory following a pre-defined cadence and catering for ad-hoc requests.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to more junior members of the Special Projects team, sharing knowledge and best practices related to special projects management.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by his direct manager or top management to support the overall objectives of the organization.


Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 8+ of experience in related fields.
  • Project Management Professional certification is preferred.
