We are looking for a Solutions Engineer III to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pre-sales activities, lead technical demonstrations, and ensure successful deployment of solutions. This role demands strong problem-solving skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present customized technical solutions to meet client needs.
  • Create solution architectures, diagrams, and detailed specifications.
  • Oversee the implementation and deployment of solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Handle Level 2 and higher customer support tickets, managing complex technical escalations and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and provide technical expertise.
  • Conduct technical workshops, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, addressing queries and concern
  • Lead technical discussions and provide mentorship to junior team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive solutions.
  • Provide input for product development and enhancement based on customer feedback.
  • Work with internal teams, including product management and engineering, to align solutions with company offerings.
  • Document technical processes, solution configurations, and client interactions.
  • Develop training materials and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions for internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to product development by highlighting client pain points, suggesting enhancements, and validating feature usability.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to identify, prioritize, and triage bugs or technical issues reported by clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3 years experience implementing and supporting complex technical products with a strong desire to work in a post-sales, client-facing role.
  • Hands-on, passionate and creative problem solver with the ability to lead clients to success
  • Excellent communicator and presenter able to gain diverse audience confidence and buy-in
  • Ability to build a deep understanding of a client's needs and guide them to a technical solution
  • Proven success in problem-solving with and for enterprises with a variety of requirements and technical ability levels
  • Experience working with REST APIs
  • Previous software development experience
