As a Product Analyst, you will be highly collaborative with different stakeholders from both external (such as Visa’s clients and strategic partners) and internal (such as CRM team, MKT team and CEMEA Product team etc.), and be the key interface between our solutions’ business users and suppliers/partners. You will work in a strong team environment, developing end-to-end solutions and services.
This role has strong product design, commercialization & communication skills to understand Visa and other key players capabilities, find Visa’s value-adding opportunities, and support our Business Development team to engage clients with the best Consumer Product capabilities and solutions. It is very important to help drive both Visa’s and client’s business growth.
What a Product Analyst does at Visa:
Timely communication with internal / external stakeholders (i.e. stakeholders in business development, regional / global functional teams, Financial Institutions and fintech partners) to ensure best-in-class solutions delivery experiences
Manage Consumer Products daily operations such as performance monitoring and analysis, contents update, portfolio management, reporting etc.
Collaborate with sales teams to build relationships with product and business contacts
Develop a thorough knowledge of all Visa Consumer Products and solutions and act as the primary subject matter expert, to support internal and external stakeholders
Client-facing travel (international and domestic),10%
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Strong collaborative working style to work in a global team environment
• Strong organization and negotiation skills and follow up with business leaders and clients/partners
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
