Software Quality Control Specialist

Objective:

Ensure the quality of systems and software through thorough testing and analysis to meet required standards and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop quality control plans and detailed test scenarios.
• Conduct functional and performance testing to verify system quality.
• Analyze results, document defects, and collaborate with the development team to resolve issues.
• Review technical requirements and specifications to ensure complete test coverage.
• Prepare periodic reports highlighting system quality levels and potential risks.
• Utilize test management tools and automation frameworks to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure systems comply with established organizational quality standards.
• Participate in code and deliverable reviews to provide recommendations for quality improvements.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience in system and software testing, preferably with tools like Selenium or JMeter.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
