About Trivers:

Trivers is Saudi Arabia’s first smart, referral-based recruitment platform—powered by AI, expert referrals, and automated workflows, with tools like the Referral Tracking System (RTS) and Recruiting as a Service (RaaS).

What you’ll do

• Support building and improving platform features (web app workflows, dashboards, and internal tools)
• Assist with bug fixing, QA, and performance improvements
• Collaborate with product/UX to implement clean, user-friendly experiences
• Write maintainable code and document what you build
• Learn how recruitment workflows are automated (including referral tracking and candidate stages).

What we’re looking for

• Solid programming fundamentals and problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable working in a team: code reviews, feedback, and iteration.
• Curious, responsible, and not afraid to ask the right questions.

Bonus points

• Familiarity with Git/GitHub and basic CI concepts.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs, or database basics.
• Any side project you can show (even a small one).

Qualifications

• CS/Software Engineering graduate (or final-year) or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of one programming language and the basics of data structures.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively.
