Software application management support analyst

Job Description

Candidate should be performing L2 support to monitor production environment, detect any disturbance to the system , able to detect the issue, fix it or escalate it to relevant stakeholders.

Candidate should have high analytical skills and problem solving mindset. Able to work under stress and with excellent communication skills. Having IBM platform experience is a plus.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Relevant experience, typically 2+ years of relevant software engineering experience
• Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
• Basic understanding of coding and debugging
• Willingness to learn and grow in the field
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  
  

Other Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a related field is a plus
• Relevant certifications or training a plus
