Job Summary The Soft Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily delivery of soft services, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and operational efficiency within the facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to team supervision, quality control, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of soft services staff.
• Oversee daily soft services operations, including housekeeping, cleaning, and waste management.
• Develop and implement work schedules and ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure service delivery meets quality standards.
• Address and resolve client complaints and operational issues promptly.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to the team.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in soft services supervision.
