Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies to strengthen Endeavor’s brand awareness and engage the community.
- Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) with a consistent content calendar aligned with campaigns and key events.
- Create visually engaging and impactful content, including posts, videos, and stories, that reflect Endeavor’s voice, values, local and global community, and insights.
- Monitor social media performance metrics, prepare weekly and semi-monthly reports, and recommend optimizations for growth and engagement.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovation and relevance.
- Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance Endeavor’s reputation and communicate its impact.
- Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and key messaging for initiatives, and events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage.
- Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and proactively pitch thought leadership content and success stories.
- Maintain regular communication with the Entrepreneur Experience (EX) team to gather their needs, insights, and suggestions, ensuring the content calendar aligns with key initiatives and effectively supports Endeavor's entrepreneurs.
- Monitor and report on PR efforts, providing actionable insights to improve media engagement.
- Maintain and update Endeavor’s website blog, ensuring it highlights thought leadership, event pages, and organizational insights in-line with social media activity.
- Write, edit, and publish high-quality blog articles and updates, reflecting Endeavor’s expertise and impact.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and share content that aligns with key initiatives and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with the events team to create promotional materials and develop social media campaigns for events.
- Provide on-ground support during events, including live social media coverage, photography, and media coordination.
- Ensure seamless alignment between event branding, social media, PR messaging, and website updates.
- Support the MARCOM team during the execution of Endeavor events throughout the year.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in social media management, public relations, and content creation, with a focus on brand awareness and thought leadership.
- Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and content management systems (CMS) for website updates.
- Strong writing and communication skills in both English and Arabic, with experience in creating press releases, social media copy, and blog content.
- Analytical skills to measure the performance of social media with actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
