Social Media & PR Associate

Job Overview

Endeavor Saudi Arabia seeks a skilled and results-driven Social Media and Public Relations Associate to drive brand awareness, elevate community positioning, and engage with diverse audiences across platforms. This role focuses on managing social media and public relations as complementary functions while maintaining Endeavor’s website blog and media outlets to showcase thought leadership, event pages, organizational insights, and reports This role will focus primarily on creating and executing impactful social media & PR strategies (80%) while contributing to event-related activities and communications (20%). The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, a strategic thinker, and a creative content creator with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement, capable of amplifying Endeavor’s impact both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies to strengthen Endeavor’s brand awareness and engage the community.
• Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) with a consistent content calendar aligned with campaigns and key events.
• Create visually engaging and impactful content, including posts, videos, and stories, that reflect Endeavor’s voice, values, local and global community, and insights.
• Monitor social media performance metrics, prepare weekly and semi-monthly reports, and recommend optimizations for growth and engagement.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovation and relevance.
  
  

Public Relations (PR)

• Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance Endeavor’s reputation and communicate its impact.
• Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and key messaging for initiatives, and events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage.
• Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and proactively pitch thought leadership content and success stories.
• Maintain regular communication with the Entrepreneur Experience (EX) team to gather their needs, insights, and suggestions, ensuring the content calendar aligns with key initiatives and effectively supports Endeavor's entrepreneurs.
• Monitor and report on PR efforts, providing actionable insights to improve media engagement.
  
  

Website Blog & Content Management

• Maintain and update Endeavor’s website blog, ensuring it highlights thought leadership, event pages, and organizational insights in-line with social media activity.
• Write, edit, and publish high-quality blog articles and updates, reflecting Endeavor’s expertise and impact.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and share content that aligns with key initiatives and organizational goals.
  
  

Event Support (20%)

• Collaborate with the events team to create promotional materials and develop social media campaigns for events.
• Provide on-ground support during events, including live social media coverage, photography, and media coordination.
• Ensure seamless alignment between event branding, social media, PR messaging, and website updates.
• Support the MARCOM team during the execution of Endeavor events throughout the year.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in social media management, public relations, and content creation, with a focus on brand awareness and thought leadership.
• Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and content management systems (CMS) for website updates.
• Strong writing and communication skills in both English and Arabic, with experience in creating press releases, social media copy, and blog content.
• Analytical skills to measure the performance of social media with actionable insights.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
