Role Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms
- Create and publish engaging content in Arabic and English
- Monitor, track, and report on social media performance and engagement
- Coordinate with creative and digital teams to produce high-quality assets
- Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting of content
- Respond to comments and messages to maintain community engagement
- Analyze social media metrics and provide actionable insights
- Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activities
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Demonstrate fluency in Arabic and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Show proven experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns
- Possess strong analytical skills to interpret data and track KPIs
- Exhibit creativity and attention to detail in content creation
- Apply knowledge of social media tools and online marketing trends
- Display excellent organizational and time management skills
- Have prior experience working in a marketing or digital agency environment
