The Social Media Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube.

- Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Plan and manage content calendars, campaigns, and social media initiatives.
- Identify target audiences, platform strategies, and engagement tactics.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, design, and PR teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Content Creation & Management
- Oversee the creation of engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, stories, and posts.
- Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and voice.
- Manage community interactions, respond to comments, and foster engagement.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors for co-created content.
- Paid Social Media Campaigns
- Plan, implement, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms.
- Monitor ad spend, targeting, and performance metrics to maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting, and copy.
- Work closely with the Paid Media/PPC team to align paid and organic strategies.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track key performance metrics including reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
- Analyze performance data to optimize content strategy and paid campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports for stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on platform algorithms, features, and emerging trends.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor social media team members or coordinators.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, marketing, PR, and design teams.
- Manage agency or freelancer relationships when needed.
- Maintain social media calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing or management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics).
- Proven ability to create engaging content and manage campaigns.
- Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations.
- Knowledge of paid social advertising platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience managing a social media team or agency relationships.
- Certifications in social media marketing or digital advertising.
