Our 12 month program elevates exceptional graduates into future leaders. It is a comprehensive and hands-on experience designed to accelerate your growth.
You will work with an executive mentor to help tackle company-wide initiatives with key stakeholders and gain professional development while handling live business challenges and making a mark from day one. Successful completion of this program will lead to internal opportunities based on performance.

As a Social Media & Content Associate at Tamara, you will shape how Tamara talks. Be a key driver in running our content and social media across TikTok, X, IG, LinkedIn, and more making sure we’re relevant, connected to our community, and speaking the language of each platform, especially for Gen Z

About The Role
As a Social Media & Content Associate at Tamara, you will shape how Tamara talks. Be a key driver in running our content and social media across TikTok, X, IG, LinkedIn, and more making sure we’re relevant, connected to our community, and speaking the language of each platform, especially for Gen Z
Your Responsibilities
- Run Tamara’s social media pages (TikTok, X, IG, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and post content that fits each platform.
- Spot trends and capitalize on them to stay relevant, especially with Gen Z.
- Reply to comments and DMs to stay connected with our community.
- Work with the brand, design, and marketing teams on campaigns.
- Track and report the performance of our content.
- Keep our content calendar organized and up to date.
- Assist with influencer content creation as needed.
- Always look for new ideas and best practices to keep us ahead.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, social sciences or similar experience.
- 0–2 years working in social media, content creation, or marketing.
- Strong writing skills in English & Arabic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- You love TikTok, IG, X, and know what works where.
- You’re creative, quick, and stay on top of trends.
- You’re organized and can juggle multiple projects.
- You care about the details and the bigger picture.
- You’re a team player and like working with others.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn about and grow within the BNPL sector.
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced industry.
- A collaborative team player who takes initiative and brings a positive attitude to work.
