Position Overview:

Dar Masarat is seeking a highly experienced and data-driven Social, Economic & Financial Impact Consultant for a specialized contract engagement. The consultant will be responsible for developing frameworks, conducting multi-dimensional impact analyses, and presenting structured insights across key policy and service domains.

This role requires a strong understanding of macroeconomic and microeconomic indicators, social development metrics, and quantitative modeling techniques (e.g., regression analysis, cost-benefit estimation). Candidates should be comfortable translating raw administrative data and survey insights into actionable reports that support high-level decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and apply robust methodologies for assessing financial, social, and economic outcomes at both individual and national levels.
  • Build and validate evaluation frameworks to measure impact across dimensions such as health, housing, education, employment, and household income.
  • Conduct literature reviews and benchmarking against international standards.
  • Analyze large datasets (including administrative records and national surveys) using statistical models.
  • Translate findings into structured outputs including PowerPoint reports, impact matrices, and performance dashboards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine assumptions, validate data sources, and simulate alternative financial scenarios.
  • Present results in a format suitable for policy and executive decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s or PhD in Economics, Public Policy, Social Development, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Saudi Nationality
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in impact evaluation, economic consulting, or social policy analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in economic modeling tools (e.g., linear regression, consumption elasticity, scenario simulation).
  • Familiarity with GCC/Saudi social policies, statistical data (e.g., Household Income & Expenditure Survey), and administrative datasets is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint skills and ability to visualize technical findings for decision-makers.
  • Arabic fluency required; English fluency strongly preferred.

  • Project-based consulting contract
