Responsibilities:

Perform on-site centralized security monitoring 24/7/365 uninterrupted 'eyes on glass' real-time basis for all entities

Develop/enhance security monitoring document such as SOPs, Playbook etc.

Identify malicious events, abnormal events, and security events that meet the criteria for escalation in accordance with Playbooks

Provide initial (Level 1) review of security alert and escalate to Level 2 in accordance with defined playbook

Perform initial level analysis to eliminate the false Positives

Execute proper L1 procedure for handling incidents in accordance with Playbooks

Coordinate response activities between the IT teams and track activities until completed in accordance with Playbooks

Analyze and categorize events of interest in accordance with agreed severity levels and Playbooks

Qualifications:

Beginner proficiency in Security Incident Response. A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of studies.

Bonus Qualifications:

Intermediate proficiency in Cybersecurity Advanced proficiency in Incident Management Expert proficiency in Data Privacy
