Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Toolpusher – Rotary Drilling professional to oversee and manage daily onshore drilling operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rotary drilling with a proven ability to lead drilling crews, ensure compliance with operational procedures, and maintain high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise onshore rotary drilling operations to ensure they are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the drilling program.
• Manage drilling crew members and coordinate their daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and government regulations.
• Monitor equipment performance and drilling progress, and address issues proactively.
• Coordinate with engineers, rig managers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of drilling activities, materials used, and incidents.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and drills to ensure crew readiness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in onshore drilling operations.
• Strong understanding of drilling tools, equipment, and rotary drilling techniques.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
