Job Title: Early Childhood Teacher

Location: Dhahran, Saudi Arabia

Job Purpose

Seeking an experienced and committed Early Childhood Teacher to support the academic, social, and emotional development of young learners through engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement meaningful and age-appropriate instruction aligned with the curriculum.
• Set and communicate clear learning goals to students and parents.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
• Monitor and assess student progress using multiple assessment tools.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to support individual learning needs.
• Track students’ behavioral, emotional, and academic development and seek support when necessary.
• Modify teaching strategies and provide interventions to optimize student success.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student attendance and performance.
• Uphold school policies, rules, and administrative guidelines.
• Engage in continuous professional development at the school, district, and regional levels.

Technical Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of full-time experience in an Early Childhood (Pre-K or daycare) environment.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
