Associate Public Relations Rep

Requirements:

• We are looking for Management Information Systems & Finance Graduates.(Major)

• Experienced in data analytics and reporting for one candidate.

• Experienced in project management for the second candidate.

• Knowledge in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) or Citizenship is a plus.

• Contribute to the design and development of STEM and Energy Access programs, ensuring alignment with the Global Citizenship Program’s goals and objectives.

• Manage and implement program activities, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality.

• Coordinate efforts across global offices to streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies, and ensure consistency in program implementation.

• Prepare detailed reports on program activities, progress, and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.

• Develop and implement metrics and tools to evaluate the impact of STEM and Energy Access programs.

• Ensure all Citizenship activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance governance and compliance processes

• Collect, validate, and organize data from multiple internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Maintain secure and accessible data records to support reporting and decision-making.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and data for sustainability reporting purposes.

• Prepare citizenship sustainability reports by analyzing data related to citizenship, and outreach activities.

• Regularly track and report on citizenship’s activities progress, identifying areas for improvement.
