This role is responsible for System Acceptance for multiple road safety projects (Saher) in Saudi Arabia supporting IDEMIA's processes and operations.

• Plans, implements and attends onsite system acceptance test• Follow up the status of the site and close all acceptance milestones and get customer approvals without comments• Manages and improve acceptance procedures.• Manages customer requirements and needs.• Understands system configuration.• Customer and internal reporting• Works with the customer and the internal team to fix site comments during the acceptance tests.• Quality control and assurance• Provides installation, configuration and maintenance documentations when required• Assists IDEMIAs teams and customer to fix technical issues and risks, in line with service-level agreements• Works under supervision

• 2-3 years experience in road safety projects ,CCTV, networks, or any related projects.
• Proved onsite experience
• Computer science or engineering degree
