Oaktree Group is expanding — and we’re looking for a Site Engineer (Fit-Out) who knows that great projects don’t happen by chance. They happen because someone on site makes it happen.

Your Mission:

• ✓ Take full ownership of daily site activities for fit-out and furniture works
• ✓ Supervise civil finishes, partitions, ceilings, joinery, and furniture installations
• ✓ Lead labor teams — from tilers and painters to gypsum and finishing crews
• ✓ Track material needs, deliveries, and ensure nothing delays execution
• ✓ Identify site snags, push for rework, and maintain quality across every stage
• ✓ Report daily progress to the Project Manager with clarity and precision
• ✓ Coordinate with MEP teams for smooth integration and timely handover
• ✓ Enforce safety protocols and lead toolbox talks like a pro
• ✓ Raise flags on design clashes and coordinate immediate resolutions

Who Are You:

• ✓ 3–5 years of proven experience in interior fit-out projects (not just civil or MEP)
• ✓ Able to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings with confidence
• ✓ Comfortable leading labor teams and subcontractors under pressure
• ✓ Sharp, solution-oriented, and proactive in the field
• ✓ Strong communicator — you keep people updated and things moving
