What You Will Be Doing

  • Architect and implement AI-powered monitoring systems that predict and resolve 95% of issues before they impact users
  • Design and manage AI-automated CI/CD pipelines, slashing deployment times by 30% and minimizing manual interventions
  • Lead the charge in integrating cutting-edge AI and machine learning technologies into every aspect of cloud infrastructure management
  • Collaborate with a global team of innovators to redefine operational excellence in cloud services
  • Push the envelope of cloud infrastructure design, creating solutions that continuously evolve and improve

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Manually monitoring systems and reacting to issues after they occur
  • Spending hours on repetitive troubleshooting tasks that can be automated
  • Managing traditional, static infrastructure that doesn't leverage AI capabilities
  • Working in isolation or focusing solely on maintaining the status quo

Site Reliability Engineer Key Responsibilities

Drive the transformation of cloud infrastructure through AI integration, ensuring 99.99% uptime while delivering cutting-edge, self-optimizing solutions that redefine industry standards.

Basic Requirements

  • 2+ years of DevOps experience, with a focus on CI/CD pipeline automation and infrastructure management
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS or GCP
  • Proficiency in AI and machine learning tools for monitoring, automation, and predictive analytics (or a demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new technologies)
  • Strong programming and scripting skills, with a track record of building AI-driven processes
  • Passion for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of cloud infrastructure design

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
