Site Engineering & Construction Manager

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineering Manager / Construction Manager with 10+ years of experience in overseeing site engineering and construction activities, particularly in the installation and commissioning of metering skids, analyzer shelters, structural steel, and measuring instrumentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities are conducted efficiently, safely, and within the project schedule, while adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Experience with projects for Saudi Aramco is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Management: Oversee all site engineering and construction activities, ensuring they are executed according to project specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
• Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve engineering issues by collecting and analyzing data, researching problems, adapting engineering techniques, and recommending effective solutions.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Team Coordination: Maintain project team accomplishments by facilitating communication, coordinating actions, obtaining expert input, and reviewing open issues and action items.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Contribute to team meetings and reports, providing updates on project status, identifying risks, and escalating impediments to project completion.
• Site Safety: Ensure all site activities are conducted in accordance with safety regulations and standards, promoting a culture of safety among all site personnel.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all installations and commissioning activities meet required standards and specifications.
• Resource Management: Plan and manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution.
• Field Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Client Interaction: Act as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders on-site, addressing any concerns or questions regarding project progress and engineering solutions.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or a related field).
• 10+ years of experience in site engineering and construction management, with specific expertise in metering skids, analyzer shelters, structural steel, and measuring instrumentation.
• Proven experience working on projects for Saudi Aramco or similar large-scale industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, construction practices, and safety regulations.
