Site Architect Inspector

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Architectural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in architectural engineering, with hands-on experience in managing site-based activities, supervising construction work, and ensuring design and quality standards are implemented effectively. You will play a key role in coordinating between design and construction teams to ensure the successful execution of architectural works on site.

• Supervise and monitor all architectural works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements to ensure adherence to design intent and quality requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and coordinate with contractors to ensure high-quality finishes and compliance with architectural details.
• Collaborate closely with structural, mechanical, and electrical teams to resolve design and construction conflicts on site.
• Ensure all architectural work complies with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams, ensuring the timely completion of assigned works.
• Participate in site meetings, inspections, and progress reviews with the client and consultants.
• Assist in quality control and assurance processes to ensure all work meets the required standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports highlighting progress, issues, and corrective actions.
• Ensure implementation of safety and environmental standards on site.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience on projects of similar size and complexity.
• Proven experience working as a site-based architect on building projects.
• Strong background in construction management and quality control/assurance.
• Excellent knowledge of architectural detailing, finishing materials, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in Revit, and other relevant design and coordination tools.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment and under tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.

• Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and international standards.
• Strong technical and site coordination capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple site tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
