How You’ll Make An Impact

• Responsible for coordinating safety induction sessions for Siemens Energy personnel at project sites.
• Preparation of gate passes
• Keep accurate records of site petty cash transactions.
• Document site observation notes, requests for information (RFIs), and safety walk-and-talk sessions.
• Collaborate with the government relations department to handle invitation letters and visa requirements for travelers.
• Provide support for travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, car rentals, airport pick ups and visa applications including extensions.
• Manage local procurement of stationary, tools, consumables, and meals.
• Handle filing and organization of documents.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with suppliers.
• Create purchase requisitions as needed.
• Work closely with the procurement department to issue purchase orders (POs)
  
  
  

What You Bring

• A minimum of 2-5 years of proven work experience as a Site Administrator.
• Proficient in conducting document controls, including filing, record-keeping, and correspondence with suppliers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently without supervision.
• Excellent organization skills
• Holds a valid LMV drivers license.
