Wood is looking for a SharePoint Support Specialist with solid Power BI skills to join our team in Saudi Arabia!
This position is to support the NEOM project and based in Al Khobar office.

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support, administration, and troubleshooting for SharePoint Online/2019 platforms.
- Assist users with document management, site access, permissions, and functionality issues.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and develop SharePoint solutions (e.g., lists, libraries, workflows).
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, integrating data from SharePoint and other data sources.
- Support data modeling, ETL processes, and report optimization.
- Conduct user training and create documentation for SharePoint and Power BI tools.
- Ensure platform security, backup, and compliance with company policies.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in SharePoint administration/support.
- 2+ years of hands-on Power BI experience (dashboard/report creation, DAX, data modeling).
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online/2019 (site creation, content types, workflows, permissions).
- Proficiency in Power BI: data transformation (Power Query), DAX, publishing dashboards.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Automate.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, JSON, and APIs is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and user support skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform Fundamentals, SharePoint Associate)
- Experience in supporting engineering or construction-related projects
- Candidate must be residing in Saudi Arabia
