About the Role:
We are looking for a ServiceNow Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team in Saudi Arabia. Youll play a key role in driving business growth by engaging with clients, understanding their challenges, and demonstrating how ServiceNow can help transform their operations.
Youll work closely with the sales, delivery, and solution teams to design winning proposals and position ServiceNow as a strategic platform for digital transformation.

We are looking for a ServiceNow Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team in Saudi Arabia. Youll play a key role in driving business growth by engaging with clients, understanding their challenges, and demonstrating how ServiceNow can help transform their operations.
Youll work closely with the sales, delivery, and solution teams to design winning proposals and position ServiceNow as a strategic platform for digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical pre-sales engagements and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
- Understand client pain points, map business requirements to ServiceNow capabilities, and design tailored solutions.
- Work with account teams to build strong customer relationships and support deal strategies.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs, create technical proposals, and support proof-of-concept (POC) development.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with best practices.
- Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing thought leadership and platform insights.
- 37 years of experience in ServiceNow Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or similar technical roles.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, HRSD, or CSM.
- Proven experience designing and presenting enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English required, Arabic preferred).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise IT operations.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is mandatory; additional certifications (CIS ITSM/ITOM/etc.) are a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience working with clients in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
- Exposure to public sector or regulated industries is an advantage.
- Understanding of cloud architecture and integration principles (REST APIs, MID Servers, etc.).
