Your day at NTT DATA
The Platform Support Engineer (L3) is a seasoned subject matter expert who exercises excellent customer service skills along with the ability to apply technical knowledge to support processes such as Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Event, Configuration, Asset, Service Catalogue, Knowledge, and Service Portal, as well as custom scoped applications that deliver enterprise-wide business processes to NTT customers.

Your day at NTT DATA
The Platform Support Engineer (L3) is a seasoned subject matter expert who exercises excellent customer service skills along with the ability to apply technical knowledge to support processes such as Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Event, Configuration, Asset, Service Catalogue, Knowledge, and Service Portal, as well as custom scoped applications that deliver enterprise-wide business processes to NTT customers.
What You'll Be Doing
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
- Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform system administration, maintenance, and upgrades of the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the ServiceNow environment.
- Provide training and support to end-users and other team members.
- Stay current with ServiceNow best practices and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-6 years roven experience as a ServiceNow Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
