ABB's Service Division partners with our customers to improve the availability, reliability, predictability and sustainability of electrical products and installations. The Division’s extensive service portfolio offers product care, modernization, and advisory services to improve performance, extend equipment lifetime and deliver new levels of operational and sustainable efficiency. We help customers keep resources in use for as long as possible, extracting the maximum value from them, and then recovering and regenerating products and materials at the end of their useful life.

- Develops and executes market-driven strategies across direct, third-party, and project sales channels, aligned with global segment goals.
- Defines and drives industry segment footprint, sales targets, and business plans to ensure growth and operational excellence.
- Leads strategic negotiations and communicates ABB’s value proposition to key stakeholders, enhancing brand perception and market positioning.
- Analyzes market intelligence and benchmarks to optimize processes, identify opportunities, and manage risks across contracts and pricing.

Qualifications For The Role
- 7+ years in service organizations, including 3 years in sales with expertise in Low and Medium Voltage service portfolios.
- Skilled in Salesforce, SAP booking, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint for sales operations and reporting.
- Fluent in English (reading and writing), with strong communication skills in global business settings.
- Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, providing a solid technical foundation.
