The Role
We are looking for customer focused candidate to take a very dynamic team and market to the next level as Sales Engineer for Compressor Technique Service (CTS) Division.
Mission
To develop, motivate and manage dedicated service sales team with hands on approach. To aggressively grow the service contract business & advance services within the defined territory. To act as part of the service management team. To make sure we sell and deliver professional services and exceed customer expectations. To maximize both internal and external customer satisfaction. To make sure we become and remain "First in mind – First in choice" for our customers.
To establish, utilize and manage business intelligence data to capture the full market potential.
To ensure outstanding competence in service sales and to continuously improve and further develop the sales team on service product then create a development plan together with CTS Sales Manager.
To personally take ownership of the most significant service key accounts, Work to provide marketing inputs to explore new ways in safeguarding top positioning of Atlas Copco service in the market.
To increase the customer portfolio by prospecting and identifying new potentials and ensure an excellent standard of after sales service is provided, Plan and priorities sales team activities with a view to achieving agreed business aims for total responsibility contracts.
To ensure working closely with sales team to achieve advance business target as well as the Airscan, AirNet, upgrades & focused products and perform field visits to assess customer needs based on their machine installations and specific needs and targets.
To ensure we fulfill our commitment for timely response.
To ensure our CRM platform is always up to date, every sales activity is recorded in timely manner and tools are fully utilized to enable mobility for the sales team.
To achieve set targets for NIS and profitability.
To ensure customer feedback is acknowledged, acted upon, and reported back to our customers.
Upselling products and services, carry out Tele sales, mailer campaigns, research and generate new leads for CTS products.
Maximize the revenue and profitability of the service business across the assigned territory by promoting sales of the compressor technique Service products to new and existing customers, in accordance with agreed business plans

What we expect of you?
Experience Requirements
Proven and minimum of three (3) years of experience in industrial sales function.
Knowledge about compressed air & service market.
Good verbal and written communication skills both in English and Arabic.
Experience in Service Contract concept and sales.
Experience with CRM applications.
Experience of sales territory management and market segmentation.
Knowledge/Educational Requirements
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering from Approved institute by the Saudi Engineers Council.
